The dream of Bet Shalom is that it be an intimate community, a place of prayer, and a place of learning where people are comfortably able to participate actively as Jews.  The dream is that Bet Shalom will be a place where people feel at home, not a place where people get lost.  We want to nurture this dream as we grow and change.  Bet Shalom is a congregation where every voice is heard and every pair of hands is needed.
