Established in 1896, Jewish War Veterans is the oldest active veterans organization in the U.S. Local posts participate in a national veterans service organization. JWV acts as the voice for Jewish military veterans and as a liaison with other veterans groups. Local members aid veterans at hospitals in Minneapolis and St. Cloud, and at the Minnesota Veterans' Home.
