The professional staff at JFCS works closely with older adults age 60 and over and their families to ensure safe, supported, and independent living at home. Participants receive case management and services such as transportation, shopping assistance, housecleaning, kosher Meals on Wheels, medication set-up, bathing, foot care and health monitoring.
