As we begin the 21st Century, there are 10 synagogues, 15 local Federation partner agencies/programs, dozens of Jewish programs coordinated or funded by the Federation, and many other Jewish organizations, clubs and services designed to meet the religious, cultural and educational needs of our Jewish community.

The local Jewish community has approximately 31,500 members. The Minneapolis Federation raises more than 11 million dollars to fund local agencies and services, as well as much needed services to Jews in 58 distressed Jewish communities in Israel and throughout the world. We should all be proud that our community is among the most philanthropic, affiliated, and best served Jewish communities in America.
