The Sholom Home Foundation was established in 1985 to ensure the financial health of Sholom Home. With the creation of the Sholom Community Alliance - a true continuum of care - this objective was expanded to include the entities of the Community Housing and Service Corporation. The Foundation serves as the fundraising arm of Sholom Community Alliance.
