There are times in our lives where we need to reach out for help from people who understand exactly what we are going through. Support groups through Jewish Family Service of St. Paul offer a comfortable and safe environment to share experiences and learn how best to cope. Support groups include: Alzheimer's Caregiver Support; Depression Bipolar Support Alliance; Grief Support; and Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) Educational Series and Support.
