Social justice is a particularly high stakes topic, top priority for some and fraught or uncertain for others, making conversations and action feel overwhelming. “Giving to Make Change: A Jewish Social Justice Giving Guide” is a tool to cut through the tension, offer clarity, and connection. The guide explains simply and without jargon what social justice is, how Jewish values inform a relationship to social justice, and how to use these insights to inform a giving practice. The guide includes activities to do alone, with family and friends, or with a community of donors. It’s a fantastic tool for leaders (professional or volunteer) working with communities where social justice is a point of interest, tension, or uncertainty. This resource was created by the Jewish Social Justice Roundtable and Amplifier, powered by the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA).
